A financial software company serving SMBs sought to improve its non-brand paid search strategy amid rising competition. Through rigorous testing, we revealed that increasing non-brand search spend led to significant gains, including a 33% increase in conversions, 77% growth in revenue, and a 2% improvement in ROAS.
